Before we touch a single weight, we sit down. I want to hear about your sleep, your stress, your history with your body, and what you actually want to feel — not just look like. Most trainers skip this part. I don't. Everything we build comes from here.

Sessions are focused entirely on you — your movement, your mechanics, your pace. We build strength from the ground up: core, stability, the big lifts. Nothing is rushed, nothing is generic. You'll leave every session knowing exactly why we did what we did. Understanding your training is part of the training.

Step 3: We keep going — through real life

Strength isn't built in a ten-week sprint. It's built across the weeks when everything goes to plan and the weeks when nothing does. I'm in your corner for both — adjusting when life gets in the way, celebrating every win (they count, even the small ones), and making sure this becomes something that belongs to you for good.       • Intake form review — go through your health history, goals and lifestyle together in person

      • Movement assessment — a simple, informal screen to understand how your body moves and where to start

      • Introductory workout — a light, guided session covering key movement patterns related to your goals

      • Personalized session summary — a written recap of what we covered, sent after the session

      • Program recommendation — a clear outline of what working together could look like and which offering fits you best

    • What’s Included:

      • 5 or 10 × 60-minute in-person sessions — used at your pace, scheduled around your life

      • Custom program — written specifically for you, updated as you progress

      • Session summaries — sent after every session with notes, weights, and focus points

      • Home or gym program — a supplementary plan for training days without me

      • WhatsApp support — questions between sessions answered within 24 hours

      • Progress check-in — at the midpoint of your bundle, a structured review of how things are going

    • What’s Included:

      • 2 × 60-minute sessions per week — fully coached, progressive, and periodised across 6 months

      • Full program design — a structured 6-month training plan reviewed and updated every 4–6 weeks

      • Post-partum or injury considerations built in — from day one, not as an afterthought

      • Monthly progress reviews — structured check-ins covering strength, energy, sleep, and goals

      • Nutrition guidance — practical, non-restrictive advice around fuelling your training (not a diet plan)

      • Priority scheduling — first access to session times, including early morning slots

      • WhatsApp support — ongoing between-session support throughout the full 6 months

      • End-of-program review — a full written summary of your progress and a roadmap for what comes next

    • What’s Included:

      • 2–4 women per session — small enough for real coaching attention, big enough for energy and accountability

      • 60-minute coached sessions — structured around strength training fundamentals, appropriate for all levels

      • Individual modifications — every participant trains to her own level, including post-partum adaptations where needed

      • Consistent group — sessions run as a fixed cohort, not a drop-in class, so the group builds momentum together

      • Community chat — a shared WhatsApp group for accountability, questions, and celebrating wins between sessions

      • Monthly focus theme — each month has a training focus (e.g. posterior chain, upper body pull, core strength) so the programme develops over time

    • What’s Included:

      • On-site or gym-based sessions — delivered at your office, a nearby gym, or an outdoor space (weather permitting)

      • All levels welcome — sessions are designed to be inclusive and accessible regardless of fitness background

      • Customizable format — 45 or 60-minute sessions, one-off workshops, or recurring monthly bookings

      • Strength and mobility focus — practical, functional movement that directly counters the physical effects of desk work

      • Educational component — optional short talk on topics like posture, recovery, or women's health in the workplace

      • Delivered in English — ideal for international teams and English-language companies in Berlin
