Getting Started
-
Absolutely — beginners are exactly who I love working with most. There's no assumed knowledge, no intimidating gym culture, and no pressure to perform. We start wherever you are and build from there. Many of my clients had never touched a barbell before we met.
-
The first session is a consultation and an introduction — not a workout. We go through your intake form together, talk about your goals and your history, and I'll do a simple movement assessment so I can understand how your body moves. You won't leave exhausted. You'll leave with a plan.
-
That depends entirely on your schedule, your goals, and where you're starting from. Most clients train with me once or twice a week and supplement with independent sessions using programs I write for them. Consistency over time matters far more than frequency in any given week — even one session a week, done properly, makes a real difference.
-
Yes — I offer a 20-minute initial consultation session so we can meet, go through your goals, and make sure we're a good fit before you commit to anything. Get in touch to arrange one.
-
No — I work with women at all stages of life. Mothers are a big part of who I train, and post-partum recovery is a specialism of mine, but you don't need to have children to train with me. If you're a woman in Berlin who wants to get strong, you're welcome here.
Practicalities
-
Sessions are based in Berlin, often in Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte. However, I am able to meet you at various gyms throughout the city.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to work out at home, I can come to you. When the weather is nice, we also have the option of meeting outside.
-
Pricing is shared during your initial consultation, as it depends on session frequency and whether you're booking individual sessions or a package. I offer packages that work out better value for clients who train regularly. Get in touch and I'll send you the current pricing information.
-
Sessions are primarily in English. If you'd prefer to communicate in German, please mention this when you get in touch and we can discuss what works best.
-
Occasionally, yes — depending on the gym and the session. If childcare falls through or you need to bring a little one along, just let me know in advance and we'll see what we can arrange. It won't always be possible, but I'd rather you ask than miss a session.

Currently, I focus mainly on in-person training in Berlin.
However, if you are interested in online coaching, please do not hesitate to get in touch and we can figure out what will work best for you.
